This is why it’s a good idea by only having a tiered registry under probation and parole sentencing guidelines. There is something called Life-time probationparole and also most states have civil commitment laws for those deem dangerous…so to have a separate registry is redundant … The registry is a form of probation/parole why not make it officially so and name it as part of probation and parole?
